In order to uphold Good Corporate Governance standards, protect the interests of partners and customers, and prevent potential misuse that may cause harm, PT IAS Hospitality Indonesia (the “Company”) hereby issues the following advisory:
1. Official Partnership Procedures
All forms of business cooperation, including but not limited to:
- Lounge service provision
- Travel, Umrah, and tourism partnerships
- Partnership schemes, reseller arrangements, or other commercial programs
must be conducted through the Company’s official mechanisms, namely:
- Through the head office or authorized business units;
- Supported by valid cooperation documents (formal written agreements);
- Approved by authorized officials at the Company’s head office.
2. Payment Terms
The Company emphasizes that:
- All payment transactions must be made exclusively through the Company’s official bank account under the name PT IAS Hospitality Indonesia;
- The Company never requests or accepts payments through personal accounts of employees;
- Every payment will be accompanied by official Company documentation.
3. Prohibitions and Disclaimer
The Company shall not be held liable and has no legal obligation in relation to:
- Any form of cooperation conducted outside the Company’s official procedures;
- Transactions carried out privately with individuals claiming to represent the Company without written authorization;
- Investment offers, funding schemes, or profit-sharing arrangements that are not part of the Company’s official programs.
4. Governance and Integrity Commitment
The Company is committed to conducting its business based on the principles of:

The Company enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any form of abuse of authority, fraud, and other unethical conduct.
