With over two decades of global airline catering leadership across New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the United States, and Australia, Pieter brings extensive operational expertise and a proven record of transforming catering units into reliable, customer-focused, and commercially competitive facilities. His experience includes senior roles in LSG Group and dnata Catering & Retail, managing operations producing up to 50,000 meals daily for multiple international airlines.
This appointment reinforces IASH’s commitment to delivering world-class inflight catering solutions and driving sustainable growth across the region.
