JOKO PAMUNGKAS
President Commissioner
Joko Pamungkas has extensive experience in banking and management, with a proven leadership track record in various strategic roles. He began his career as AVP Corporate Credit at Bank BNI (October 2017), later appointed as Director of Human Resources and General Affairs (July 2019). Since January 2021, he has served as Marketing Director of Korina Group, focusing on business expansion and marketing strategy development.
WAWAN CHAERUL ANWAR
Commissioner
Wawan Chaerul Anwar has experience serving at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia (2019–2021). In 2021, he was appointed as President Commissioner of PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia, and since 2023 has also served as Commissioner of PT IAS Hospitality, playing an active role in business strategy and performance oversight.

Independent Commissioner
Oking Ganda Miharja has a strong background in legislation, oversight, and corporate governance. He currently serves as Independent Commissioner of PT IAS Hospitality Indonesia. Previously, he served as Expert Staff for Commission V of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI), focusing on infrastructure, transportation, and rural development, and as Expert Staff for Commission I DPR RI, focusing on defense, foreign affairs, communications, and informatics.
TONI KRISTIANTO
Independent Commissioner
Toni Kristianto currently serves as Independent Commissioner of PT IAS Hospitality (since October 2024) and Independent Commissioner of PT Angkasa Propertindo (since October 2023). In addition, he has been active in the consulting sector as Director of PT Tritunggal Selaras Consultant Utama since 2020.

Meti Handayani has experience in legislative affairs, particularly in providing support to parliamentary members. Since 2022, she has served as Expert Staff at the House of Representatives (DPR RI), where she provides strategic and administrative assistance. Previously, she worked as Administrative Staff, responsible for handling documentation, activity coordination, and operational support.

He also worked as General Manager of Business Partnerships at PT Angkasa Pura Logistik (2022–2024).

He previously held the role of Director of Operations and Hotel Business Portfolio at Hotel Indonesia Natour (2022–2024), and earlier as Vice President of Performance Management and Systems at Lazada Express Indonesia (2019–2022).
